Holy sweet irony, corporations desperately fighting and using all kinds of FUD and partisan tactics to keep their copyright abominations strong.

Even including "bad, bad, evil corporations" thing. Hilarious.

People whine about this, but really, anyone who's bitching about this can really go RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO themselves. People download 1,000,000's of songs a day, ripping material and money off people who actually create legitimate, unique individual property. The same goes for movies, books, video games, etc.

People enjoy slamming on corporations, but corporations are what make things convenient.

Might is right bitches.

I dont think you even get the point

lets say a person downloads some music

so what, no one is charging anyone in that

this bill is insane because it makes it like this

you draw something
you put it online
people take it or copies
and unless WE pay to keep the drawing ours we have no rights to it?

even the music companies and stuff have PROTECTION, we the people DONT.

Wow , just wow.
I'll feel bad for those creative people if this bill is passed. All their hard work and it won't be theirs.

if this bill passes, I think it's proof enough we have too many morons running around running things.

What? First, those things are not free-for-all. Second, should any company think so, they can be sued. At artists expense, but he is gonna win. Hell, law firms will probably sponsor him because for them it would be easy profit (% from won amount).

They have protection. All it takes is to embed contact information to files they produce, have their work have identifiable name that can be googled, etc.

They can sue anyone who things its free for grabs and fails to pick up phone or google info.

Seriously, stop buying into FUD.

BTW: http://tineye.com/ There are no excuses even if information gets stripped from image.
